Alan Watkins Motor Repairs has been established in Swindon for over 33 years offering a traditional garage service. Having occupied several sites over these years we are now located at Darby Close , Cheney Manor Industrial Estate. This road probably better known to Swindon residents as the lead up to the Swindon Borough Council Recycling Center in Cheney Manor.
The garage is an old fashioned family business , in concept , which values and offers all clients the highest levels of customer service. Trained and qualified staff are always on hand to explain any repairs that may be needed , in easy to understand terms, and the costs involved. So involved is Alan Watkins Motor Repairs in offering the best service possible that they are now a valuable assett to the "Good Garage Scheme" which operates nationwide.
As well as carrying out all manner of car repairs , from brakes to shock absorbers to welding , there is now an on-site MOT Station. You can either leave your vehicle or wait while your vehicle is inspected. An advantage having the repair bays adjacent is that some repairs can be carried out immediately saving the inconvenience of a return visit.
Each repair is unique but we can usually offer some guidance on first inspection. If we do , however , come across other issues we will always contact you to discuss these prior to carrying out further works.
Payment is requested on collection of the vehicle. This can be cash , debit or credit card.
We have a long local history of carrying out vehicle repairs in the Swindon area. Our charges are usually far cheaper than the main dealerships in the locality.
